for a even better animated way to delete a object simply select it (item you want deleted) with the "item tool" and press the shift+option+command+delete buttons" A alien will come out and use a lazer to delete your box for you, then "undo or command z" to undo the deletion . Do this 4 or five times in a row and a Bigger alien will come out and distray the first alien and the box you have selected for deletion. It's a good i dea to drw the box you want deleted close to the left hand side of the document so the alien doestn't have to walk to far to delete the object (since it takes 3-5 times for it to trigure the second animation.)

Well, I don't know what my coworker must be doing then, because every so often her work gets interrupted by the alien and we are both using XPress 6.5. She types so fast her fingers sometimes get ahead of her and the alien pops up.

Michel I just came accross this. Haven't tried it out so far, but one never knows. A sort of ResEdit. Though a commercial app called Resorcerer 2.4.1 can be bought if ever you're looking for sth.
