You may use the absolute page numbers in the Print dialog. Say you want to print from "A-1" (say which is actually Page 6 in the layout) to "A-5", you can use this page range: +5 - +10 What the '+' sign does is, it ignores the section modifiers are used the actual page numbers...

This seems to be an issue. Workaround: Print the Correspoding layout Page instead of the master page. If there are elements on the layouut page, simply create a new layout page from the desired master page and print it.

If you are using yellow or black color as shadow color then uncheck the “Multiply Drop Shadow” options. It should resolves the issue. In case you still face it, please post more details about the layout.
