How do I create a link on a "Contents" page for a new chapter page?

For TOC, you can specify whether you want it from a 'List' or 'Reflow Article Names'.
The ''Reflow Article Names'' appear in Reflow tagging palette. You can create lists using List palette.
Please refer to 7th item on http://epubsecrets.com/quarkxpress-2015 ... ptions.php

So it should be like:
You create a paragraph style for chapter titles.
Then you create a list referring that para style.
Then you refer that list in ePub output style/option.

ePub TOC entries do have links for ePub to be valid.

Is that you were asking?

I don't think I've ever been so completely shocked at just how LITTLE I knew until I started this project for a friend.
I will be experimenting for days I think.
