Both PCs are stopped on the splash screen.
I've been replacing a PC for our printing department after the system disk failed. They have two PCs that run quark 9.5, they are due an upgrade soon as we will move them over to windows 10.
Both PCs however have stopped launching quark. The older pc stopped before the repaired one was activated.
The PC was activated using the web browser method as online failed.
Any one got any pointers?

did you try the usual suspects, so delete preferences, empty caches, disable all fonts (except system fonts)?
