Transparency Help - Ver 9

hi all,

having an issue export to pdf for the printer. I dont even know how to describe it - pic provided in link below:

Ive tried changing transparency
tried a reboot
tried everything i know how (im a novice)

any help appreciated!

Can you elaborate please? I don't understand what is wrong with the image you've poated.

looks like the blue is being removed by a drop shadow, I would guess it could be mixed RGB/Greyscale/cmyk or could be mis-interpreting a placed ai/pdf. I'd start by making sure everything is either rgb or everything is cmyk (same as your final destination), I would also try to make sure the drop shadows are as much to the back of the document as possible.
