Batch Find & Replace

Please Help!I'm a complete newbie to Applescript and in need of some guidance.I need a script to run a find and replace on multiple Quark files. I've trawled through the forums and found a script which runs on files which are open in Quark but cannot get it to run automatically (just leave it to process an entire folder).The following script works on multiple files already open in Quark.tell application "QuarkXPress"tell every documenttryset every text of every story where it is "a" to "b"set every text of every story where it is "c" to "d"set every text of every story where it is "e" to "f"end tryend tellend tellHow do I get this to process a folder of documents, running the find / replace, saving and closing?Any help will be greatly appreciatedMany ThanksJohn

I am new to apple scripting in Quark.
I have a few things I would like to do by scripting in Quark, if it's possible.

If I were doing this manually, I would use the Find/Replace feature. To save time it would be great to have an apple script that would handle this!

1. I would like to replace all the \h's with nothing in the document.

2. I need the open type small caps changed to the attribute of small caps.

3. Also the underline styles changed to the attribute of underline.


(We have a program that we use to export text and images for epub files and if the attributes aren't used, the formatting gets stripped!)

Could someone assist me, please!
