"multiply" color box over image

Postby Stetson » 28 Jun 2016, 12:17

I have a colored rectangle box placed over an image in Quark 2015. Is there a function to make the box "multiply" over the image so the image becomes colored from the box, much like in the Adobe products? I haven't used Quark much in recent years and I guess I'm a little rusty. Any help is appreciated.

You cen set the color of the box to overprint the colors from beneath.
You can also try the options offered by the buttons in the colors palette.

The results can not always be seen on screen, you can export the page or the layout to a pdf file, then you can preview the result in Acrobat (be sure to activate the "overprint" option in its preferences).
Every day is a good day to learn something new.
