Some Palettes will not open

Hi

I recently installed Quark 2015 on a Windows 10 PC and everything was working fine.
Today however, the palettes for Colours and Style Sheets will now not open at all, even when using the F11 and F12 shortcuts.
Other palettes are still working normally.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Quark but these two palettes will still not work today despite continued reboots of the PC.
Any advice?

Hi Kelly,

uninstalling doesn't delete preferences and I suspect them to be the culprit.

Navigate to C:\Users\<yourname>\AppData\Local\Quark\QuarkXPress <qxp version>\ please and delete everything in that folder and start QuarkXPress. Do palettes appear back?
