What ever happened to Gluon and its xtensions?

Discuss third-party XTensions® software for QuarkXPress 2015 and QuarkXPress 2016.
As the API hasn't changed between 2015 & 2016 versions, most XTension running in QuarkXPress 2015 should also work in QuarkXPress 2016.

I have read that Quark has taken over Gluon some years ago.

What ever happened to the extensions Gluon had?
Will they be implemented in Quark XPress or perhaps parts of the functionality it had?

Was a great fan of Gluon's Docuslim and wanted to upgrade to the QXP2016 version, only to find that Gluon (extensions) is no longer in business ... :(
