Yes, it could be improved. It could be a palette listing of these types of items that use the appdata (on Windows, Mac has a different location) to store themselves. And I suppose the check box for "delete preferences" in the Cache Cleaner could actually have a list of individual items to delete. Akin to the way Serif implemented this type of thing for the Affinity line.

I agree. To be honest, I do not know another graphical program where the user would have to delete the preferences hidden on the disk to get rid of some settings.
