PDF Options Missing after High Sierra Update

Postby AdamG » 09 Jan 2018, 12:48

Quark 2017 and High Sierra

I recently upgraded to Mac OS High Sierra.

I am now unable to see the PDF Options (Pages, PDF Style, etc) in the "Export to PDF" dialog. To get the options to appear, I must first click one of the icons in the upper left of the dialog, then click another. Upon clicking the second time, the dialog "shrinks" and the options appear.

See screenshots.

Yes, that's a known bug of early versions of QuarkXPress 2017 on High Sierra only.
We fixed it in the October 2017 Update to QX2017.

Please apply the latest update and you'll be fine:

Thanks

Problem solved with version 13.1.1. Thank you.

My Quark Updater didn't find that update, so I wasn't aware of it. In fact, even after installing 13.1.1, Updater still shows the older version.

I uninstalled Updater, then reinstalled it and it seems to be working again.

Thanks for your help.
