QLA Server not found

Postby rw1706 » 08 Nov 2017, 11:50

We've installed QXP 2015 on OSX 10.13 (High Sierra).

"The QLA Server could not be found...." at startup. The QLAClient.properties is correct.

Is there any solution?

Regards,

Does that happen only on one machine? How many licenses are available on the QLA Server?

we have only one Machine with High Sierra. 10 licenses are available on the QLA.

Should the QLA-connection work with High Sierra?

Hi rw,

best to send an email to support@quark.com, as it is hard to trouble shoot remotely without knowing the specifics of your QLA license, your network details etc.

Thanks
Matthias

its definitely not a problem with the license.

the connection between Client and Server could not be established.
