Sorry for the slow response, I had to do some research as this question hasn't come up in quite a while.
No, there is not currently an active scripting option in our Platform Client on Mac.

Quark 9, Windows 7 and Windows shortcuts from within Quark
One thing that changed - fairly dramatically - in Windows 7 is that there are more security rules for programs trying to access the \Program Files and \Program Files (x86) folders. While a shortcut may work when executed by someone with administrator privilege, a program may not access the folder un...

ePub on a Website
Currently an ePub reader is required to open an ePub file. So Matthias is referring to the ability to post the ePub content bundle as a downloadable link. I think what you're asking is for the ePub output to be rendered in a browser directly. If so, there are a few ePub readers that are available in...

publishing self-authored book with Blio
The Blio and KNFB Teams have monitored this board in the recent past so they might reply as well. However, the last I heard (fall of 2011) they did not yet accept works directly from self-publishers. They were working at that time to develop a relationship with an independent publisher company, but ...

Page links in scrollable layouts
Dan, Would it be possible to have a marker in the scroll region trigger the appearance of a go-to-page button on the main page? Riggs, Would that be a reasonable stop gap until we can get this fixed?

Dan, I see no reason why you can't sell the .XPS files on your website. There is nothing in the QuarkXPress license agreement that prevents you from doing what you want with the .XPS files that you generate. Fundamentally, Blio's .XPS format is an enhancement to Microsoft's .XPS file format which is...

Hi, Dave White from Quark here, I manage our relationship with KNFB and Baker and Taylor. I'd like to make sure I understand your need. [olist][*]Sell your own content onyour own website. You can do this today with ePub and PDF. You could this for Blio files (currently .XPS files). [*]DRM. It's true...
