similar to me just installed the Updater Update then got this I've never had v9
2019 I uninstalled because its kept crashing
2020 was only the beta
I think its the Updater itself thats buggy

I've seen similar behaviour on a Mac, with v2020 and v2016, in both cases restarting quark solved the issue.

you could try holding alt and click on the green button of the document window

If its OK on screen it will probably print ok to a Litho plate.
