Re: Activation issue after BIOS upgrade

I have been without software for three weeks and quark has finally contacted the distributor in the Czech Republic. If I buy the 2020 version then one could consider giving me an exception for the SINGLE and LAST activation of the 2016-2018 software. The blackmail of a loyal customer (since 1993) ha...

Re: Activation issue after BIOS upgrade

Thanks for the reply. The distributor in the Czech Republic requested the installation codes and promised to resolve the matter as soon as possible directly from Quark. I'm really upset, I need to work on periodicals. We probably won't see license management. QuarkXPress can be run without regular (...

Activation issue after BIOS upgrade

After upgrading the BIOS on a Dell computer, all installed versions of 2016, 2017, 2018 require a new activation. When you try to reactivate, the software reports that the number of activations has been exhausted. How the story went: I originally had version 2016/2017/2018 installed on a computer th...

Re: The shortcut Ctrl+Alt+Shift+F (Scale Picture To Box) is not working in Windows 10.

I installed a trial version. Shortcuts can be assigned to all functions, even those that don't have a shortcut - great! I have version 2018, which sometimes has a problem with redrawing even on a powerful computer in windows 10. Version 2020 is something completely different - redrawing and zooming ...

Re: The shortcut Ctrl+Alt+Shift+F (Scale Picture To Box) is not working in Windows 10.

The incredible has become a reality: QuarkXPress 2020 has editable keyboard shortcuts for Windows users!!! I have been waiting for a miracle for 27 years. I cry with happiness and thank you (without irony). Teaser QXP2020: https://secure.docurated.com/presentation/Ej6wBSA8zkamt6__36aur6PgCSbkyuzHpQZ...

The shortcut Ctrl+Alt+Shift+F (Scale Picture To Box) is not working in Windows 10.

I was forced to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro. Microsoft apparently assigned this shortcut to an unknown function in windows - see discussion https://superuser.com/questions/1445551/what-does-ctrlaltshiftf-key-combination-in-windows-10-pro-version-1903-do Since 2018 there is a second way to do this - us...

Re: QuarkXPress 2019 15.1 Feature Release - Coming later this month!

Thanks for the reply. I have InDesign CS6 installed. I assume correctly that on my computer this new feature will not convert any InDesign CC file, but only CS6 and below?
