A quicker way might be to include a BASE element in the header of your HTML. This one line tweak will not require any further editing of your web page. Compose your page in QuarkXPress. Upload to a HTTP server. Supposing that your newsletter HTML is saved to http://www.mywebsitedomain.com/mailings/2...

The updater claims to be for "QuarkXPress 7.01 and later" so if you are reinstalling, you do not have to go through each patch.
