new site

Looks good, with or without the odd typo! Was it produced using Quark and QID?

The top lines of links are fine in my browser no overflows (Safari).

Typo extra 'r' before Read under News heading so what have I won Greg?

Producing an E Newsletter

A client has asked me about producing a monthly e newsletter (a newsletter that comes as part of an email). It is not something I have got involved with before and am really not sure how to go about it. I suppose I could simply supply a jpg of a layout that they attach, but that might look rather st...

my updated site! 100% quark!

Great Dave. I like it a lot and a lot more stylish than your first version, if I may say so.

I like the way the on the portfolio section you repeat detail images of each job under the main pic.

I hope Quark appreciate your subtle link to their website!

PICTURE HELP PLEASE - URGENT

Or you could try this which I think works a bit better. Duplicate the picture box using Step and Repeat with Horizontal and Vertical set at 0. PICTURE HELP PLEASE - URGENT

Another method is to duplicate the picture box on top of the original. Delete the image in the new box, fill it with 100% White and a Rectangular Blend of None. You might have to make this box just slightly bigger than the original underneath say 0.5mm to stop the edges showing. It makes for rather ...

linking pages??

Jamie, you don't have to link your hyperlinks to any specific part of the pages you want them to take you to. If you were on Q7 you would make a new hyperlink for each letter of your A Z and stipulate 'Page' and choose which page from the pre-populated dropdown list that appears (as Drew explained)....

linking pages??

When you select hyperlink > new a box pops up with three fields: Name, Type and URL. Click on the arrows on the end of the Type field and you get a choice of URL, Page or Anchor. This is where you choose Page.

The extra 'l' in 'colllect for output' came free of charge, by the way.

Web Page Collect Original Images

Printhead, could you not achieve what you want by duplicating your web layout and saving it as a print version. Then you could do a standard 'colllect for output' to gather your images together. Would that work?
