Does InDesign CC produce better quality eBooks than XPress 2016?

Hello,
My question regards eBook production.
What about the quality of the fixed ePub 3 and Kindle formats created using Quark XPress 2016 (v. 12) compared to Adobe InDesign CC.
Are they equivalent?
Does InDesign produce better quality than XPress?
Are there any differences?
I will appreciate any information.
