I can't create a new issue

If you want to publish to the iPad, iPhone, Android phone, Android tablet, Kindle Fire and as Web App, please use the new HTML5-based App Studio.
Please note that after March 18, 2014, new customers will not be able to create Quark AVE Publishing (Powered by Aquafadas) apps and that Quark will stop supporting Quark AVE Publishing on Sep 18, 2014 for all customers. Therefore we have closed this forum for posting too. Please contact support if you need help.

I can't create a new issue

Hi,We are trying to create a new issue in the AVE publishing portal, and we can't complete the process because we are getting these errors:- If we try to input the zave URL, the portal rejects the URL, says it's incorrect (and it's not, we can download the zave file using the browser).- If we try to check the box that allows specifying the URL in a later moment, the error is "malformed data"Anyhow, it's impossible for us to create a new issue. Please help.--Joe

did you remember to add the "http://" ?
