How to convert quark express file (qxd) to html file

I have some newspaper pageswith qxd extension. These pages have headings, news body and photographs.Is there any way to convert these pages into html pages with same heading, news body and photos at one place?

Hi,
If the file is a qxd one, that means it was saved by QuarkXPress v. 6 or earlier (if I'm correct).
If you have XPress version 7 or higher, you can open the old Quark document. You can also create a web project and put all the stuff in the nwe project and (after making some settings) you can export the project as html pages.
