i want to make a graphic on a web page pulse, without touching it; you open the page and this graphic twinkles at you like a star; is this doable? thanks

The easiest way I can think to do it is to create the image as an animated gif. Like this one:



A gif is basically just a series of images saved as a single image file that plays as an animation as soon as the page is loaded. You don't need a plug-in to play them either. If you can't find a gif online to use, there are several programs available that allow you to create one. Many of the programs are free.
