QLA Server issue

Post by Shaun Thompson » 13 Sep 2010, 21:58

We have Quark 7 running on several machines with a QLA server 4.01 running on one of those machines. All the machines shutdown as usual at the weekend, since then the machine running the server part of the QLA now throws up an error message 'Unable to locate QLA Server, click to use emergency key'. And obviously all related Quark client machines now do not function without the use of the emergency key. Does anyone have any ideas please?

Please download the latest QLA version (4.5) from the following link:
http://www.quark.com/products/qla/
This should fix the issue.

Hello could I download the QLA Server instead of getting it via CD/Mail?
