Problems Obtaining QLA License File

I am on the Quark License Administrator website and when I enter my other license I receive the following error?

Product Information


Product Serial Number 1: xxxxxxxxxxxx
*Product Serial Number2:
Serial Number is in use.

It states that the other license I have is already in use. How do I fix this?

I upgraded my QLA Server from 3.1 to 3.2 already. Any suggestions...it this something on Quarks end?

Any help is much appreciated,

This probably means that the serial number on which you get this error has a seperate QLA account created for it.
Try using the 'forgotten your log-on information' link on the page that allows you to login to your account. Type the serial number there and a mail will be sent with the username and password to the account to which this serial number is added.

Suggestion- contact tech support if you want all the serial numbers in one account.
