Checked out licence on lost laptop

We're Quark 7.5 users and very happy too, before we are berated for not upgrading. It has been immensely successful for us and we have had very few problems over the last 8 years. It runs happily on Snow Leopard and Mountain Lion Macs.

Our problem however is one of our journalists has lost his laptop with a long term QLA checked out Quark license on it. How can we check it back in and reissue it to a staff member? Is there a work around or guide?

Hi Andy,

you need to wait until the license expires.

If that's not acceptable (as the check out time is too long) you can call our Desktop team, they can help you when a machine is broken, lost or stolen: ... ice/#phone
