Recovering lost check in license
All client machines on MacOS 10.8.5 (Mountain Lion)
QLA Server on a PC
11 licenses checked out – all working very well.
One Mac crashed and we weren't able to check in the Quark license
We recovered the back up to a new hard drive
Now Quark won't start (the server is showing 11 licenses used 0 remaining)
We're trying to check back in the license to show 1 remaining and then issue that to the new machine.
