How to make a contact form work!

Hi
I make a box or window and put some editable textboxes inside, where the user can fill in like adress, e-mail etc., and then I would like to make a submit button, so the information will be e-mailed to a specific adress?

Thanks, I will have a look at it! I searched for "form" etc, so I did not catch this hit at first!
Could have been nice if I could just write the e-mail in the url, on the other hand, working with php is just a new interesting challenge :)
