Books Export to PDF Only Exports Last Chapter

Using Quark 2021 and creating a multichapter project. If you add the chapters in Books and then try to export all chapters to one PDF, it only exports the last chapter? Selecting all the chapters doesn't work as you can watch it deselect all the chapters when you click Export. The only way to make it work is to close Books and then reopen Books and immediately click Export with NO projects (chapters) selected. Then it works as it used to in older versions?

I created the test case in C:\QuarkTest to explain what I'm talking about. File attached.

I don't think the Book feature has worked as I expect for eons.

But, you don't actually need to close the Book window and reopen. One can click into an empty space where the files are listed to deselect the chapters.
