Loading page colours - cannot edit

After working on an HTML5 publication in QuarkXPress 2017 for a couple of weeks, all of a sudden I can't edit the background and text colours in the loading page. I click on the colour swatches to bring up the colour mixer but nothing happens. I've tried quitting and restarting Quark, but it doesn't fix the problem. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi Andy,
Are you on Mac OS..
sometimes the color picker dialog moves below to some other open dialogs due to some legacy defect. please Check by moving all opened dialogs you can see the color picker dialog under any other opened dialog.

Thanks
Srinivas

Hi Srinivas

Yes, I am on macOS High Sierra.

I can't see the colour mixer appearing in any other open dialogue boxes.

Just to be clear, I'm experiencing this problem when I try to change the colours by doing the following:
Export As > HTML5 Publication... > Options > Loading Page > Loading Page Options (Background & Loading Text Colours)

I've tried going back to an old backup of the file that I didn't have this problem with and the same thing happens, so I'm assuming this isn't a document corruption issue.

Regards
Andy

Hi Srinivas

Yes, you're absolutely correct, it was hiding behind my other panels.

Thanks for your help.
