image being chopped at the bottom

Post by andthepharaohs » 08 Jul 2020, 05:55

This is on QXP 2016 on Windows 10.

I am importing a couple of images, but after being scaled to the box, the bottom quarter of the images are replaced by blackness. I restarted QXP, no difference, then rebooted and tried again with nothing else running - still the same. Any idea how I can solve this, please? Thanks.

I've worked around this by resaving the images as tiffs and those were imported successfully, but as I normally use jpgs, that's an unnecessary faff, so if you know how to avoid it, please let me know. Ta.
