Problems printing 2-color files in B/W

Since the installation of Windows 10 a problem arose again when trying to print documents on our Black and White Postscript Printer KONICA MINOLTA 554eSeriesPS.

We want to print a document that is made up in technical colors cyan and black.
Since cyan is used as text color that is placed on top of a horizontal band in a shade of grey,
we would like the “cyan” to be printed as black.

Almost all our artwork is in technical colors Cyan and Black.
With Quark 9 pirnting this way was never a problem.
With Quark 2016 the problems showed up for the first time.
We then upgraded to Quark 2017. In Quark 2017 the problem was fixed (fixed confirmed by to Olivier Beltrami on Wednesday June 7, 2017)
Recently the problem showed up again.
We used to work under Windows 7 but recently upgraded to windows 10.

When we try to print Quark freezes and after a bit suddenly quits. See error log below.

The program QuarkXPress 2017.exe version stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.

Kindly provide the followings to verify the below mentioned printing issue:

1. Collect for output of the project with fonts, images, profiles.
2. B&W PPD and B&W Profiles. (which was used in the custom output setup)
3. PS files created from 9.x and 12.x/13.x with the same settings.

Kindly provide the machine for Team Viewer session to analyze the issue.
