QuarkXpress 2021 does not start, but hangs when launching

Hello,

I just wanted to test QuarkXpress 2021 and downloaded + installed it (Windows 10).

When launching, only the startup screen appears (with version, credits, legal etc.), but nothing happens, also after minutes. I restarted the PC, but still the same: The application does not start. It can only be finished via task manager.

Does anybody maybe have an idea what to do?

Same with QuarkXPress 2022, hangs when launching for the first time (and also at further tries).

Also Quark Update cannot finish when searching for updates and while connecting with Quark server.

Is there a severe problem at Quark?
