Hi Matthias! Thanks for the answer. Is there any reason why it's not available on Mac? Not enough demands?

Hi Jean-Marie,
XML Author is not a standalone tool, it is part of a solution where you use MS Word to create XML that complies to your schema/DTD without the editor seeing that they use XML.
As that is typically a corporate or government requirement and so far in our experience they are exclusively on Windows, it is a Windows product only.
Secondly, the Mac verison of Word lacks a lot of the APIs the Windows version offers, so it would also be a larger technical challenge.
